Shift Leader
About the role

As a shift manager, you are responsible for your shift, which means that you help the restaurant manager and assoc. restaurant manager in their daily tasks and that the unit is run according to the company's guidelines and values. You are also responsible for working, evaluating and actively finding new improvements within your area of responsibility. This is reported to RC and ASS.

If you are not the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager on site, you are highly responsible. The work has an operational focus, where you are expected to work in both the kitchen and cash register (either 75/25 or vice versa) and maintain Bastard Burger's standards of cleanliness, speed, service and quality.

Requirements specification:

• Educational requirements: none
• Experience requirements: none, but previous experience in the service professions, preferably in the restaurant industry, is an advantage
• Language requirement: speaks English or Swedish. Proficiency in both languages is an advantage.
• Desirable characteristics and behaviors: we would like you to be responsible & stress-resistant, have a positive attitude, have a commitment to Bastard Burgers and have been following us for a while!
• We also appreciate that you live in the vicinity of the unit.

Bastard Burgers is a young and fast-growing company that cares about people. We were founded in Luleå, Sweden, in 2016, and today there are more than 70 Bastard Burgers restaurants throughout Sweden and additional restaurants in Finland, Norway and New York.
