We are looking for someone who is already or wants to become a restaurant employee and take a place in Bastard Burgers restaurant, to cook and serve Sweden's best hamburgers. You are open to various tasks and can take a place in both the kitchen and the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and food craftsmanship. As a restaurant employee at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a high pace and therefore it is extra important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and fun teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle it effectively and solution-focused.

You have the right attitude and a wonderful personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, which is why you come to work with good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it goes without saying that the guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop with us - we already have the knowledge and we are happy to teach it.

Qualifications and abilities:

• Experience in the restaurant and service industry is a plus. We would like you to have cashier experience and previous kitchen experience.
• Language requirements English/Swedish
• We would like you to be service-minded, stress-resistant, committed 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
